Fintechs and financial institutions want to put AI agents to work on procurement, treasury operations, vendor payments, and subscriptions. The agents can already analyze, recommend, and plan. When it is time to move money, they hit a wall: no verified identity, no spending limits, no compliant settlement path, no audit trail a risk team would accept. Identify a blocker that prevents a financial institution or a fintech from letting an agent run a real money operation today, and build the missing piece that removes it. Your submission must include at least one on-chain transaction executed autonomously by an agent within guardrails: spending limits, policy enforcement, compliance checks, audit trails, or equivalent constraints. How you build it is up to you. Starting points: agent wallets with corporate-grade spending policies, identity and credentials for agents (KYA), a compliance layer inside the x402 payment flow, or a parent agent that funds and governs its own sub-agents. Your agent does not have to stop at paying invoices either. The XRPL ships a native DEX, Single Asset Vaults (XLS-65) and a Lending Protocol (XLS-66), so a treasury agent can move collateral or route yield under the same guardrails. The XRPL is a settlement layer, so it sits underneath the stack you are already building. Keep your agent framework and add the part where the money actually moves.
